The Fundamentals of Health
A 4 week program to gaining a calm sense of control over yourself and your health.
Program Overview:
There are two primary categories of health: Body & Mind. How we use the body affects the mind, and how we use the mind affects the body.
When the two work together in harmony, we achieve WHOLE health; that is, physically, mentally, emotionally.
This program is designed to help us regain our connection between body and mind in a way that is seamless to our everyday life.
With a background in personal training, it was my highest aim to help clients adopt the lifestyle of health; the same principles apply here, but on a more complete basis.
Understanding how to gain control over one's mind (coupled with the use of physicality) allows one to gain control over all of one's self (again: mentally, physically, AND emotionally).
This program includes both physical and mental exercises (in various forms of meditation and visualization exercises) to put us on the fast track to LASTING health.
Format:
1. Weekly Group Coaching Calls (40-60 minutes; Mondays, 6pm EST/5pm CST/3pm PST)
2. Daily/Weekly "Assignments" (to help you adopt the lifestyle; roughly 20 minutes per day)
3. Downloadable Weekly Resources (audios, videos, documents)
4. FOUR week program; BEGINS FEBRUARY 3

Learn effective relaxation techniques and how to cause yourself to relax in seconds

Begin to increase your levels of awareness and mindfulness through simple everyday practices

Deepen your connection with your physical body & understand how emotions affect you physically
Create a daily movement routine that works for you and your lifestyle
Discover exercises that energize the body and exercises that further assist in relaxation
Week 3: Conscious Consumption
Discover the foods that are right for YOU!
Learn how to make eating an enjoyable mindful practice
Practices to further boost your energy and vitality
Week 4: Emotional Regulation
Learn practices to shift and release negative emotions
Exercises to alter/improve our self-image (and creating a new image of Health)
Identify and effectively remove limiting beliefs
