2) beginning to deliberately choose what we consume to affect our conscioussness and emotional state.

Becoming hyper-aware as to how the food we consume affects us physically (& thereby mentally).

Remember the value of your heart.

Explaining how our body affects our mind as our mind affects our body.
#2 Emotional Awareness:
Becoming aware of that subtle movement within us.
#3 Movement & Release:
Using movement to amplify our release technique.
